Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the IP Calculator Pro mobile application ("the App") operated by us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using IP Calculator Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the App
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the App
• Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark)
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of IP Calculator Pro and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

5. User Content and Calculations

All network calculations and data processing are performed locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or have access to the IP addresses or network information you input into the calculator. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data you input into the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the App will meet your requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL IP CALCULATOR PRO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM:

• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in calculations
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the App
• Unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the App
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IP Calculator Pro and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

9. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part or content thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at our sole discretion at any time. By continuing to use the App after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in our jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
